Responsibilities
In this role, you'll maintain confidentiality of client and staff information while interacting with various stakeholders including staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors. You'll handle incoming correspondence, perform general clerical duties such as copying, mailing, laminating, and filing, and support the Maintenance team with reactive tasks. Responsibilities include raising and processing purchase orders and invoices, assisting Facility Management with supplier matrices and documentation, and managing stock related to facilities services. You'll also attend team meetings, produce minutes and actions, and generate various types of car park passes as requested.
