Job Description
We are looking for an R&D Engineer to join our team that is very creative and driven. You will be essential to the creation and use of new technologies as well as the enhancement of current manufacturing procedures as an R&D engineer.

Requirements:
Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products and develop new products and technologies.
Design, develop, and test new manufacturing processes and technologies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Analyze data, conduct experiments, and evaluate the effectiveness of new solutions through rigorous testing and analysis.

Skills:
Strong understanding of engineering principles (mechanical, electrical, industrial, etc.).
Experience with research methodologies, data analysis, and experimental design.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on innovation and creative thinking.
