Job Description
Responsibilities
Create a daily production schedule for the processing and handling of slag and scrap.
Put the manufacturing timetable into action and oversee it.
Examine and modify the timetable as necessary.
Ascertain the necessary material resources.
Arrange for the full crew to work effectively throughout each of the three shifts.
Control labour and material resources to achieve production goals.
Make choices regarding the availability, use, and utilisation of equipment.
familiarity with data analytics and knowledge of data metrics
Keep an eye on employee performance, evaluate it, and plan any necessary corrective action.
create and keep up with production reports.
Ascertain and carry out production process enhancements.
Create standard operating procedures for production processes and make sure they are followed.
Respect all relevant ISO, GBP, and OSHA standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in managing production processes in slag and scrap handling, with a deep understanding of material handling.
- Expertise in production scheduling, resource management, and equipment utilization.
- Knowledge of data metrics and analytics to track performance and optimize processes.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and process improvement.
- Experience in ISO, GBP, and OSHA standards, with a commitment to upholding safety and quality in the workplace.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Diploma / BE in ECE
