Job Description
Responsibilities
1. To create quality plans and put methods and processes for testing and inspection into action.
2. When necessary, give Operations analytical direction.
3. Make sure that analytical equipment are properly maintained and upheld with the appropriate data sheet.
4. Keep an eye on and manage the supply of consumables, laboratory chemicals, and other necessary items.
5. To prevent off-spec generation, make a suitable and prompt choice in the event that product quality deviates.
6. Create the ISO 9001 internal audit schedule and make sure it is compliant. Whenever required, schedule third-party inspections in accordance with ISO 9001. Make sure all paperwork is correct.
7. Working together with dealers to assess the Manufacturing & Marketing divisions and learn about their needs, quality standards, etc.
