Step Into Tech Hiring IT Recruiter Role
Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for a variety of IT positions (e.g., software engineers, developers, data analysts, network engineers) using various methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking.
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Skills:
Proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Basic understanding of IT technologies and terminology.
Ability to assess technical skills and experience of IT candidates
