Become a member of our committed AR team in Chennai and help us maximise the financial stability of our medical billing operations. Our success will be directly impacted by your proficiency in claim follow-up and resolution in our encouraging and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
Contact insurance companies and/or patients via phone to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
Research and analyze claim denials, underpayments, and rejections to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various insurance payers, their policies, and relevant regulations in the Indian healthcare system.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other relevant data privacy regulations applicable in India.
Meet or exceed productivity and collection targets set by the organization.

Qualification:
Proven ability to negotiate and resolve billing discrepancies effectively.
Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems commonly used in India.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
