Job Description

Shift: Day (8 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
For stamping, blanking, punching, bending, forming, and deep draw operations, create and implement new or altered manufacturing procedures, jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
Oversee press die setups and changes, making sure everything is aligned, safe, and effective.
Ascertain that production schedules are fulfilled and notify the production manager of any deviations.
Participate in the PPAP filing process for items that are new or changed.
Perform risk analyses for press operations and put safety precautions in place.
Create and deliver reports on quality performance, analysis of downtime, scrap rates, production efficiency, and improvement projects.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
