I head the operations of a niche placement firm, Talent Pursuits.



To fuel the growth of our firm, we are looking for a bright and enterprising Recruiters, to be based out of Chennai. The Recruiter will be responsible for all recruitment related activities for clients and will work with Head Operations/Team Leads to deliver revenue targets. As a firm, we work on contingency placement for roles in the 5-50L range and work with clients like Biocon, Crisil, Shoppers Stop, Future Group, Lifestyle and others, who have been our clients since our inception in 2014.



As Recruiter, you will:

Co-create the recruitment strategy for the position to achieve the closure targets

By means which include but not limited to cold calls, face to face meetings, skype calls, mail campaigns and other mechanisms you will generate leads for the position.

Keep track of delivery against mandates and work with the Head Operations to ensure flags are thrown at the earliest possible stage



Right now, this is an individual contributor role but in course of time, we expect the Recruiter to hire a team below.



Ideal person would be someone who has good communication, the desire to learn and who has fire in the belly to create success as we are a start-up and would not have the same resources as a larger firm to fight in the market place.
