Responsibilities:
Determine areas for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality improvement by analysing the production processes that are currently in place.
Create and put into place efficient material handling systems, manufacturing layouts, and workflows.
To address production problems and put solutions into place, work together with cross-functional teams (such as production, maintenance, and quality).
Take part in the creation and use of lean manufacturing concepts and programs for continuous improvement (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
Keep abreast of best practices and the most recent advancements in manufacturing technology.
Introduce new machinery and procedures to production staff.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Experience: 3+ yrs
