Job Responsibility :

- Experience in safety product manufacturing background

- Ensure the Occupational, Process & Product safety

- Hand os experience in Automated assembly lines

- Prepare the Production report & fix the action

- Exposure in OEE calculate, Follow up & action

- Knowledge in Poke Yoke and validation

- Work experience in Production System ( TPS )

- Exposure in New employee training & development

- Sound knowledge in 5'S & 3C

- SAP experience is required

- 4M Management

- IATF 16949:2016 Requirements & Documents preparation

- Able to read the Assembly drawing and prepare the Work Instruction

- Root cause analysis & fix the action thru problem solving techniques

Education:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, ECE & EEE, Mechatronics

- Bachelor's degree - Mechanical, Automobile ECE & EEE, Mechatronics

Necessary Skills/Experience:

- Knowledge in automated assembly lines

- Public speaker and good attitude

- Experience in safety product manufacturing background

- Worked in three shift pattern

Preferable Skills/Experience

- Work experience with Japanese Mfg. Industry

- Experience in Green field

- Communication skill

- Hindi is added advantage

Age : 23 ~ 28 Years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: - 40k - 45k per year
