Responsibilities
1. Site Management & Safety Compliance: Manage and oversee all on-site activities while ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and standards.
2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and address any issues promptly.
3. Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct regular quality control inspections, identifying and implementing corrective measures as needed to maintain high standards.
4. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and review project documentation such as progress reports, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
