Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage and reconcile complex accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
Perform in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
Coordinate and lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and related tax filings.
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
Participate in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
