Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment: Oversee the full hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring smooth integration of new employees.

- Develop HR policies: Create and enforce policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements, ensuring consistent application across the organization.

- Foster company culture: Promote a positive, inclusive work environment through engagement programs and team-building activities.

- Handle employee relations: Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain open communication.

- Administer payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, collaborating with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.

- Oversee employee engagement: Lead initiatives to boost morale and satisfaction, including recognition programs and wellness efforts.

- Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance in all HR practices.

- Support strategic HR initiatives: Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and other strategic goals.

- Coordinate training: Manage training programs to enhance employee skills and support professional development.
