Responsibilities

Keeping track of office supply inventory and placing orders.
daily role and function tracking in housekeeping.
Distribute and file correspondence, such as emails, packages, and letters.
Maintaining attendance records and monitoring attendance.
employing maintenance contractors to fix or swap out broken office supplies.
