Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented VMC Operator to join our production team. As a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) to produce high-quality components with precision and efficiency.

Requirements:
Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and CNC programs.
Load and unload workpieces onto the machine safely and efficiently.
Monitor the machining process, identify and troubleshoot any issues (e.g., tool breakage, dimensional inaccuracies).
Ensure part quality by conducting in-process inspections.

Skills:
Experience operating VMC machines and other CNC equipment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Basic understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and tooling selection
Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
