Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our expanding team that is results-oriented and extremely motivated. You will be essential in making sure that medical services are accurately and promptly reimbursed as an AR Analyst.

What you will do:
Research and resolve denied or unpaid insurance claims.
Analyze claim denials and identify trends to improve claim accuracy and reduce denials.
Work closely with insurance companies to appeal denied claims and secure reimbursement.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and identify and resolve outstanding balances.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve cash flow and reduce AR days.

What we need:
Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding procedures (ICD-10-CM, CPT).
Experience with medical insurance claims processing and reimbursement methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
