Job Description
Are you an experienced Press Tool Operator with a strong understanding of metal stamping processes and a commitment to producing high-quality components?

Join our well-established production team in Chennai and use your knowledge of how to operate different press machines and tooling to create parts that are precisely stamped. We provide a secure, secure workplace where your abilities are respected.

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate various types of power presses (mechanical, hydraulic) and press tools/dies.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Select and install appropriate dies, punches, and other tooling according to specifications.
Adjust machine settings (stroke, pressure, speed) to ensure proper operation and part quality.
Monitor machine operation and material flow to identify and resolve issues.
Inspect stamped parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.

Qualification:
Strong understanding of metal stamping processes and press tool operation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency in using various measuring instruments.
Knowledge of different types of press machines and their operation.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Education: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
