Rukmini Devi College of Engineering and Allied Sciences, is promoted by Seth Pokhar Mal Educational Society (SPMES), which was established in 1986 and runs institutions of repute under the name ‘Rukmini Devi’ in Delhi. The campus is located on NH-1 on a land measuring just over 20 acres. The college is well connected to Delhi.

Approved by AICTE and affiliated to Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal (SONEPAT).
