Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Executive to support our human resources operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for employee relations. You will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Duties:

Help with the hiring process, which includes advertising job vacancies, reviewing applications, and setting up interviews.
Organise and carry out orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
Help resolve conflicts and grievances among employees.
Keep personnel databases and records up to date.
Help with the management of benefit plans for employees.
