Job Description
Responsibilities
Be reachable for any facility escalation Concerns pertaining to management:
Give help desk operators management guidance on escalated issues.
Make sure that all necessary preparations are planned and carried out for client conferences and meetings, as well as any VIP visits that are scheduled during the shift.
Ensure that the Front Office Executives (FOE) attend to guests as soon as possible.
Make rounds of the lobby and front office to make sure that the high standards of maintenance and housekeeping are upheld. Manage the Cleaning Services
Overall evaluation of the vendor's service delivery.
arranging meetings with the vendor to address service-related concerns
Assess the performance of your vendors and make sure that their labour reports to the agreed-upon terms and conditions at the site.
