Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Utilise Chennai's numerous local job boards, networks, and recruitment agencies to develop and carry out effective sourcing strategies.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner while ensuring adherence to Tamil Nadu's labour laws.
Help managers set clear performance goals, provide constructive feedback, and conduct timely performance evaluations.
Participate in the development, implementation, and distribution of HR policies and procedures that comply with company rules and labour laws in Tamil Nadu.
