Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.

2. Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions to help new employees understand company policies, culture, and expectations.

3. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, promote a positive work environment, and handle employee relations matters effectively.

4. Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures across the organization.

5. Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with employees, team members, and other stakeholders.

6. Task Management: Manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all HR-related activities and processes.

8. MS Office Proficiency: Utilize MS Office Suite for HR documentation, data management, and reporting.
