Responsibilities:
To reach goals and clear bottlenecks, track manufacturing output, examine performance statistics, and take remedial action.
Reduce cycle times and streamline processes by putting Lean Manufacturing ideas into practice.
Take part in production-related root cause analysis (RCA) and carry out corrective and preventative measures (CAPA).
To satisfy production demands, make sure that labour is used as efficiently as possible and that resources are distributed wisely.
Encourage a culture where safety comes first and carry out routine safety audits and checks.
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
