Key Responsibilities:
Create and keep up a robust applicant pool for both present and upcoming hiring requirements.
Create engaging job descriptions and publish them on pertinent websites.
Perform preliminary phone interviews to evaluate the qualifications, abilities, and cultural fit of candidates.
Work together with recruiting managers to comprehend certain job requirements and offer applicant input.
Oversee the offer acceptance procedure and make sure the pre-employment screenings are finished on schedule.
Inform hiring managers on a frequent basis about the state of available positions.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
