Job Description
To join our expanding team, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst who is results-oriented and extremely motivated. In your capacity as an AR Analyst, you will be essential to guaranteeing prompt and precise payment for rendered medical services.

Requirements:
Research and resolve denied or unpaid insurance claims.
Analyze claim denials, identify trends (e.g., common denial reasons, payer-specific issues), and develop strategies to improve claim accuracy and reduce denials.
Work closely with insurance companies to appeal denied claims, gather necessary documentation, and secure reimbursement.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, identify outstanding balances, and prioritize collection efforts.

Skills:
Strong understanding of medical billing and coding procedures (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS).
Knowledge of medical insurance regulations and payer guidelines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports using spreadsheets or other data analysis tools.
