Responsibilities
assisting senior management or other departments with administrative tasks
Arrange for Food and Travel to accompany them on their trip to India.
Organise the sending and receiving of documents and assets from suppliers, stakeholders, and staff.
Organise and keep up office documentation, records, and files.
Purchase and oversee office supplies, such as stationery, printer accessories, pantry necessities like water, and coffee maker supplies and machinery, on a biweekly or monthly basis.
Oversee office upkeep, including the entire workspace, and communicate with suppliers as required.
Issue and keep track of parking spaces for both two- and four-wheelers, both used and available.
Sustaining Housekeeping Attendance
Frequent inspection of the air conditioning system and upkeep of related documentation
