Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Shift: Day (8 hours)

Key Responsibilities:
Work together to comprehend recruiting managers' unique staffing requirements, job specifications, and ideal applicant profiles.
Create a robust pool of passive prospects and keep it full for upcoming employment need.
Examine applications and resumes to find applicants who meet the requirements for qualifications, experience, and skills.
Give applicants immediate feedback at every stage of the hiring process.
Teach recruiting managers how to comply with the law and conduct interviews.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
