Key Responsibilities:
Enter patient data, insurance details, and medical codes (CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10) into the billing system accurately from source documents (such as patient charts, encounter forms, and superbills).
Use internet portals, phone calls to insurance companies, or other verification tools to confirm a patient's insurance eligibility and benefits.
Work together with the billing and coding teams to guarantee correct and legal claim submissions.
Keep abreast with regulatory developments, payer obligations, and coding norms.
Respect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
