Job Description
Focus: In a Chennai manufacturing plant, place a strong emphasis on practical operational leadership, making sure that production runs smoothly, hitting output goals, upholding quality standards, enforcing safety procedures, and successfully leading a team during a given shift.
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
What you ll Do:
Monitor output, efficiency, and rejection rates to make sure daily/hourly production goals are reached or surpassed.
Perform routine visual inspections and in-process quality checks.
Throughout the shift, make sure that the best possible machine settings and process parameters are maintained.
Oversee, direct, and inspire a group of technicians and production workers throughout the shift.
Make sure that waste is disposed of properly and that environmental regulations are followed.
What you need:
Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques.
Understanding of safety procedures and industrial regulations.
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
