Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Manpower Planning
- Identify manpower needs and seek approval from the HR Head.
2. Job Descriptions & Recruitment
- Create job descriptions, advertise roles, and manage the recruitment process.
3. Schedule Management
- Organize schedules, meetings, interviews, and HR activities.
4. Candidate Screening
- Review CVs, shortlist candidates, and assist in recruitment.
5. Agency Liaison
- Work with external recruitment agencies to fill positions on time.
6. Employee Onboarding
- Manage orientation and onboarding of new employees.
7. Training & Development
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
8. Employee Satisfaction
- Ensure employee satisfaction with roles and work environment.
9. Performance Management
- Handle performance reviews and appraisals.
10. Employee Records Management
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and data, and provide them to management as needed.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 25K per Month
