Dynamic HR Recruiter Shaping Tomorrow s Workforce
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee the whole hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, for a variety of roles.
Create and put into action efficient hiring practices to draw in eligible applicants.
Find applicants via a variety of platforms, such as networking, social media, job boards, and recommendations.
To evaluate a candidate's qualifications, screen resumes and perform preliminary phone interviews.
Interviews should be scheduled and coordinated with hiring supervisors.
Interview candidates in-depth to assess their qualifications, background, and cultural fit.

Experience: 0 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
Location: Chennai
