Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with strong hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, preferably in chemical or process industries. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations through effective maintenance and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
Handle motors, panels, transformers, DG sets, and control systems
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations
Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize downtime
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records and logs
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations
Monitor power consumption and suggest energy-saving initiatives
Handle electrical audits and inspections

Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance
Experience in LT/HT panels, MCC, PLC basics
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety practices and statutory compliance
Ability to work in shifts and handle plant operations
