You will play a crucial part in the financial reconciliation and integrity of our clients' accounts by correctly reporting payments and adjustments that you receive from patients and insurance companies. Responsibilities:
Post a variety of payments, including reimbursements, insurance, and patient payments.
Post denials with the appropriate reason codes, making sure the AR team routes them for more follow-up.
Find and fix any disparities, overpayments, underpayments, and unapplied funds.
Work together with other billing teams to address problems that affect the correct posting of payments.
Observe all corporate rules and guidelines regarding compliance and payment posting.

Qualification:
Strong numerical and analytical skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and batches.
Basic communication skills (written and verbal) in English for internal coordination.

Education: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
