Job Description
Primary Task: To oversee and carry out a range of human resources tasks, such as hiring, employee relations, performance, HR policy, and employee engagement, in order to foster a supportive and effective work environment at our Chennai-based company.

Responsibilities
Create and execute efficient sourcing plans using Chennai's many local employment sites, networks, and recruitment firms.
Fairly and promptly mediate and settle employee disputes and grievances while making sure that Tamil Nadu's labour rules are followed.
Assist managers in establishing precise performance objectives, offering helpful criticism, and carrying out prompt performance reviews.
Contribute to the creation, execution, and dissemination of HR policies and processes that adhere to business regulations and Tamil Nadu labour legislation.

Required Abilities:
Excellent communication (both written and verbal in English and Tamil) and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our diverse workforce in Chennai.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with an understanding of local cultural sensitivities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, respecting local privacy norms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing HR functions for our Chennai operations efficiently.
