Job Description
To precisely and quickly enter patient demographic and billing data into our practice management system, we are looking for a meticulous and effective Charge Entry Executive. This position is essential to guaranteeing timely payment for services done and proper claim submissions.

Responsibilities:
Enter patient demographics, insurance details, and medical codes (ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS) into the billing system accurately.
Use internet portals or phone calls to insurance companies to confirm the patient's eligibility and benefits.
Prior to charge input, make sure all necessary documentation (such as patient charts and encounter forms) is present.
Examine patient records and paperwork to make sure that billing and coding information is accurate, looking for any inconsistencies or missing data.
Correct the data in the system and submit the claim again to address coding or demographic-related claim denials.
