Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Innovative Sourcing & Networking: Drive applicant sourcing through creative and innovative approaches, ensuring a consistent talent pipeline.
2. Exploratory Interviews: Conduct ongoing exploratory interviews to identify potential candidates and maintain an active talent pool.
3. Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build talent pipelines using social media, internet search tools, and employee referrals.
4. Resume Management: Manage and screen incoming resumes, and reach out to passive candidates for opportunities.
5. Job Posting Maintenance: Maintain and update job postings on the company career page, employment websites, and other relevant platforms.
6. Offer Letters & Negotiations: Create offer letters and handle salary and relocation package negotiations with candidates.
7. Interview Coordination: Coordinate candidate interviews, travel arrangements, and manage associated expenses.
8. Resource Identification: Identify and implement new resources such as advertising channels, databases, networks, and suppliers to improve candidate sourcing and attraction.
9. Recruitment Reporting: Publish and maintain a weekly recruitment dashboard, tracking progress and key hiring metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in sourcing and developing candidate pipelines.
- Proficient in social media and online recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HR recruitment software is a plus.
