Job Description
Responsibilities:
Install and run the CNC equipment (mills, lathes, etc.) that is common at our Chennai facility to create precise parts in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications that are pertinent to our regional manufacturing requirements.
Understand the precise machining specifications for parts made in Chennai by accurately reading and interpreting work orders, technical drawings, and blueprints.
Follow the maintenance schedule for our Chennai site to perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubrication, and address minor operating difficulties.
Respect the safety rules of our Chennai manufacturing facility by strictly adhering to all safety procedures and keeping the workspace neat and orderly.

Skills:
ability to ensure dimensional accuracy by employing a variety of precision measuring tools, such as gauges, micrometres, and callipers.
familiarity with a range of cutting instruments and machining specifications pertinent to Chennai-processed materials.
Excellent mechanical aptitude and fundamental problem-solving abilities to handle small operational problems.
Outstanding attention to detail and a resolute dedication to creating superior machined products.
