Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and conducting interviews. You'll develop and maintain positive employee relations, proactively addressing any issues or concerns. Implementing performance management systems, such as setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations, will be key responsibilities. You will ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with employment laws and regulations, and conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Additionally, you'll facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, maintain accurate HR records using HRIS, and generate reports as needed. Collaboration with other departments to support overall business objectives and foster a collaborative work environment will also be essential aspects of this role.
