Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a blend of administrative, operational, and strategic skills. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized, and empathetic professional with a passion for HR.

Responsibility:
Oversee the whole hiring process, including posting jobs, conducting interviews, screening, and managing offers.
Act as a liaison for questions and issues raised by staff members.
Participate in the management of performance evaluation procedures.
Keep track of the documents and records related to performance management.
Keep up with HR databases and personnel records.
Verify adherence to labour laws and rules.
