Responsibilities
Overseeing the entire hiring process.
Sourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes through various job platforms or else internal, Reference, head hunting.
Tasks and activities related to shortlisting, final interview, negotiating salary, and onboarding.
Working together to determine hiring requirements with department heads.
Developed a poaching strategy, job specifications, and job description for leadership positions.
Agreements with contractors and independent contractors for employment through third parties.
Supply market data and activity information to stakeholders so they may evaluate the talent pipeline for both present and future needs. You should also arrange feedback sessions with important stakeholders and potential applicants.
Preference for experience in the financial services sector
Regularly exhibits succinct and clear communication in both written and spoken forms.
