Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities
Operate hydraulic press machines to manufacture components according to specifications and drawings.
Set up and calibrate machines for production runs, including adjusting pressure, speed, and stroke.
Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
Inspect finished products for defects, such as cracks, burrs, or dimensional inaccuracies.
Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs

Skills:
Machine Operation: Experience in operating hydraulic press machines.
Mechanical Aptitude: Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operation.
Safety Awareness: Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety regulations.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
