Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and offboarding, tailored to Chennai.
Execute recruitment processes, source candidates relevant to the Chennai market, conduct interviews, and manage offers.
Deliver engaging onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture in Chennai.
Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate processing and administer benefits programs relevant to Chennai.
Maintain accurate employee records and utilize the HRIS effectively.
Generate HR reports and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making

Skills
Proven ability to handle employee relations issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
