Responsibilities
- Coordinate office operations: Ensure smooth functioning of office activities and adherence to company policies, optimizing efficiency.
- Supervise administrative staff: Assign and oversee tasks to administrative team members to maintain high performance levels.
- Support financial procedures: Assist with budgeting and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Vendor management: Negotiate with vendors for office purchases, finalize quotes, and secure management approval while focusing on cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain records and databases: Create, update, and manage personnel, financial, and other essential records and databases.
- Inventory management: Monitor office supply levels (e.g., stationery, office apparel, ID cards), and place orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Handle additional admin tasks: Support all other administrative activities as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in office management.
