JOB DESCRIPTION:

Salary Range : 18k and Above, based on skills, experience, and interview performance

Educational Requirement : Graduate and Post Graduation

Work Arrangement : Work From Office

Location : Nungambakkam, Ambattur, Mount Road

Working Hours : 9.00 am - 6:00pm | Monday to Saturday

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions

2. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

3. Administering employee benefits and payroll systems to support our team's well-being and satisfaction

4. Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution

5. Collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and develop employee development programs

6. Handling employee relations issues with professionalism and sensitivity to maintain a positive work environment

7. Utilizing MS-Word and other tools to create reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
