Job Description
Primary Task: To efficiently oversee and carry out a range of HR tasks from our Chennai office, such as hiring, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance, while maintaining a productive workplace and supporting the organization's overarching strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend hiring requirements and draft thorough job descriptions.
Help with survey administration and feedback analysis to pinpoint areas where staff retention and satisfaction need to be increased.
Create a range of HR-related analytics and reports for management's consideration.
Keep track of training records and assess how well training programs are working.
Keep the required statutory records and assist with audits as needed.

Required Abilities:
Experience with performance management software or specific HR analytics tools.
Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration best practices.
Exposure to employer branding initiatives.
