Job Description
We are looking to add a dynamic, results-driven HR executive to our team. You will be essential in meeting the organization's human capital requirements and creating a productive and upbeat work atmosphere as an HR executive.

What you will do:
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with all relevant labor laws.
Oversee employee training and development programs.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with benefit plans.
Handle employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.

What we need:
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and databases.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any basic degree or MBA
Location: In and Around Chennai
