Responsibilities
1. Profile Sourcing: Source and screen profiles from job portals according to job descriptions.
2. Position Filling: Fill positions within the organization.
3. Recruiting Systems: Design and implement recruiting systems.
4. Candidate Network: Develop a network of suitable candidates.
5. Administration: Handle administration and record-keeping.
6. Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with organizations to develop and execute recruitment plans.
7. Client Collaboration: Work with clients on candidate documentation, offer letters, salary offers, and onboarding.
8. Job Descriptions: Draft and post job descriptions.
9. Interviewing: Conduct interviews with candidates.
10. Job Offers: Prepare and extend job offers.
11. Networking: Network with institutions and on social media.
