Job Description
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include creating and implementing a comprehensive hiring strategy, maintaining and updating job descriptions and specifications, and analyzing jobs and tasks to document objectives and requirements. This role involves preparing recruitment materials and posting job openings to relevant job boards, newspapers, and colleges. It also includes sourcing and hiring candidates through social media, databases, and other channels, assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, and screening resumes and job applications. The position requires conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to narrow down the candidate pool efficiently. Additionally, the role involves onboarding new hires to ensure full integration and monitoring the implementation of HR hiring best practices.
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
