Responsibilities
1. Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Client & Vendor Communication: Handle communication with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
3. Record Keeping: Maintain organized physical and digital records and files.
4. Document Preparation: Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
5. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
6. Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate records.
7. Supply Management: Monitor and order office supplies to keep the office well-stocked.
