Job Description
Responsibilities
Recruit candidates in bulk numbers within short timelines to meet urgent hiring needs
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job fairs, job portals, on-campus/off-campus drives, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Participate in the selection process, including shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
